Secretropin(R)
Secretropin(SRx)
is a non-peptide, secretagogue that has clinically been found to increase the production and release of GH (as measured
by IGF-1 and IGFBP-3) through a number of pathways; suppression of Somatostatin, stimulation of GHRH, Dopanergic,
Gherlin, and a Non-specific Synthetic Receptors. Additionally, Secretropin is believed to directly stimulate
pituitary Somatrophs thereby increasing the production and release of GH. Secretropin is classified as a natural
food supplement and not a drug. Nor does it contain any drugs.
Historically, in October 2006, a study group
of 50 individuals was organized for a prospective, 12-month study on Secretropin's influence on IGF-1
and IGFBP-3 levels. Again, in January 2008, another group of 50 patients were studied in our on-going commitment to document
the short and long-term benefits of Secretropin. In the past three years the number of study participants has grown to
more than 60,000 patient months of data showing an average increase in IGF-1 by 50-300% in more than 90% of participants.
